Our centres
It is the aspiration of Rainbow’s End Foundation to have specific premises; Healing Centres to accommodate all aspects of healing. Our concept is a three tiered approach to healing with three sites facilitating various aspects of healing: Educational, Recreational and Respite.
What makes Rainbow’s End Foundation unique is that all treatments are to be made available to those who may not have the funds. Those who do receive incomes and are able to contribute will be asked for donations. The principle being that those who can offer a gift of money will ensure that those who cannot may benefit. Choosing to donate time in lieu of payment particularly if someone has a specific skill or craft would also be most welcome. Our ceremonies: baby naming, weddings and funerals will all be available at our centres and these too will be donation based.
Educational
- One centre, will undertake an educational approach to healing both interpersonal and group teaching, encouraging meditation, self development and the study and analysis of various spiritual texts, including: A Course in Miracles and The Way of Mastery. Workshops, retreats, courses including The Forgiveness Project and spiritual conferences will be held on a regular basis.
Recreational
- Another centre will provide emotional and educational support for children with disabilities and will help all children who for whatever reason have not been catered for within mainstream education. In addition, the centre provides alternative care and spiritual counselling for families and children, who have been bullied, abused, deprived or are bereaved. It is to be a haven for those, who under normal circumstances would not have access to pastoral care, therapies and respite care, Music, Drama and Art therapy
Respite
- The third centre is a place for those people seeking refuge from both physical and emotional violence, also for some who may seek a dignified death with full supportive palliative care. There is to be a range of therapies and treatments made available on both a residential and non residential basis. It will also serve as a place of convalescence from; long term illnesses, particularly coma patients, accidents, bereavement or recovery from violence, both political and domestic.
Why there are three
By providing a three tiered approach to healing every person will receive the most appropriate care and this will improve the outcome and will ensure treatments can be more comprehensively effective. With our three centres each with their own strategic objectives: educational, recreational and respite our healers can take a more focussed approach. There will be a daily spiritual surgery at each centre. Assessing each individual case, healers can ascertain which treatments are the most appropriate.
